Growth Investing

Growth investing is a strategy of investing in companies that are expected to grow at a higher rate than the average market growth rate. The primary objective of growth investing is to generate capital gains by investing in companies with high potential for growth in earnings, revenue, or market share. Growth investors seek out companies that are likely to experience significant increases in sales, profits, or market value due to their competitive advantages, innovative products or services, expanding markets, or other factors that position them for long-term success. Growth investing can be riskier than other investment strategies because growth companies may be less established and have less predictable earnings and cash flow than more established companies. However, for investors with a long-term horizon and a tolerance for risk, growth investing can offer the potential for substantial returns.
