Obtain your Credit Report

Credit Score- Turn it UP!

You can obtain your credit report from the following sources:

  1. AnnualCreditReport.com: This is the official website mandated by the U.S. federal government for consumers to obtain free credit reports. You are entitled to one free credit report every 12 months from each of the three major credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax). Visit AnnualCreditReport.com to request your reports online, by phone, or by mail.
  2. Credit reporting agencies: You can also directly contact the three major credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) to request your credit report. Each agency may have its own process and fees for obtaining the report beyond the free annual report. Visit their respective websites or contact their customer service departments for more information.
  3. Credit monitoring services: Many credit monitoring services provide access to credit reports as part of their offerings. These services often provide additional features such as credit score monitoring and identity theft protection. Examples of credit monitoring services include Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, myFICO, and IdentityForce.

It’s important to note that credit scores may vary slightly between different credit reporting agencies due to variations in scoring models and the information they have on file. It’s generally recommended to review your credit reports regularly to check for errors, inaccuracies, or signs of fraudulent activity. By obtaining and reviewing your credit reports, you can ensure the information is correct and take necessary steps to address any issues that may impact your creditworthiness.
