Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS)

The Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) is a monthly survey conducted by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) that measures job openings, hires, and separations in the United States. The Job Opening and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) program produces data on job openings, hires, and separations.

The JOLTS report provides a Job Openings and Labor Turnover Summary, which includes the job openings rate, hires rate, and separations rate. This report is published on the BLS website and is typically released on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

You can access the JOLTS data and reports on the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/jlt/. Additionally, many financial news outlets and research organizations may report on and analyze the JOLTS data.
